Before we make your mouldings, all the information we need is a detailed scale drawing or a 6-inch sample, the kind of wood you’d like, and the amount of wood needed to make it in lineal feet. We can design almost any profile and custom S4S per your specifications.

Once you decide that you want us to make your moulding and after you’ve put down a 50% deposit, we will make a copy of your drawing or sample. Then we’ll grind and prepare any custom knives that we may use to make the exact moulding you need.

While the knives are being ground and set up, we will cut rough lumber to the right dimensions. Once the knives are set up, we will mount them in the moulder, run a test piece to dial in the profile to an exact match of what you have ordered and run your stock to order.
